Manen, Moon Mother
Manen is the creator of all. She is the one who filled the void. She created the Demideities, the Guardians, the Fates, and humanity. She created the Celestial Fields and the River of Stars. She created everything. Almost everyone worships Her but only those in Manena worship Her above all others. For that, She gives them special gifts.

Kalnasa
Manen’s first Demideity child and the one to name Manen, Mother. She is the Goddess of the mountains and caves, of rocks and jagged peaks. She shelters those weaker than Herself in Her caverns and makes sure they have access to fresh water and food in the form of fungus and various underground creatures. Like Manen, She gifts her followers with special magics.
Raud
Manen’s second Demideity child. He is the god of metals, minerals, and clay. He can be found just about anywhere in the earth. He is a quieter God with a creative will. Unlike His Mother and elder sister, He does not gift His followers with magic and instead gifts them with an artistic ability unlike anyone else in the world.
Tany
Manen’s third Demideity child. He is the very earth Himself. He is all-encompassing, holding everyone in a loving embrace. He does not have many followers. That’s fine with Him. He needs no accolades, no praise, no faith. He is content to just be. To those who do follow Him, He gives nothing special. Occasionally He grows restless and sometimes His lifeblood bubbles out and burns all it touches, and other times His skin cracks and trembles. He does not like when this happens, for He does not like to cause others harm.
Karhun
Manen’s fourth Demideity child. He is the God of beasts and animals. He is the wild child of the bunch, ferocious and strong. He runs through the forests and howls at the Moon. He gives strength to those who fight for it and loves them as His own kin. The magics He gifts His followers differs from His Mother and elder sister, more animalistic and less elemental.
Efitra
Manen’s fifth Demideity child. She is the Goddess of deserts and sand. She is unrelenting heat and unforgiving winds. She is chilly nights and clear skies. She shows tough love to those that live in Her domain and gives them respite and sustenance with green oases and red cacti. Only the strongest amongst Her followers are given gifts of magic.
Vee
Manen’s sixth Demideity child. He is the God of the vast oceans. He is gentle when He wants to be but can be whipped up into a frightful anger. He is home to all manner of creatures. Many forget about Him because He is removed from much of life, but those who ride His waves and rely on His bounty praise and respect Him. He does not gift anyone in particular, but He does give those who praise Him easier passage and more food. Those of the Free Islands praise Him most and they hold a special place in His heart.
Sigar
Manen’s seventh Demideity child. He is the God of the trees and ancient forests. He is slow and steady, green and leafy. He supports those who need it and is content to sway in the winds. He has few followers and never had want for any until one small child captured His heart. With Manen’s blessing, He adopted her as His own, gifting her with special magic in tune with her affinity for His trees. From there, His small following grew.
Lillid
Manen’s eighth Demideity child. She is the Goddess of flowers and plants. She is beautiful and graceful. She dances in the sunshine. Most only praise Her when the winter snows melt, but She doesn’t mind. She is happy to have someone dance with Her every once in a while. She has few followers but those that do love Her are the most peaceful of all people. She gifts them with nothing but promises them safety and tranquility.
Upesa
Manen’s ninth Demideity child. They are the Deity of rivers and lakes. They can be a trickle or a torrent. They have more followers than Their brother Vee and love to hold it over His head. They revel in the praise though They don’t gift anyone with anything. They love to wander and go with the flow but if displeased They will flood the land with the snap of Their fingers.
Eira
Manen’s tenth Demideity child. She is the Goddess of the tundra, unforgiving and cold. When She had followers She loved them fiercely, though much like Efitra, it was a tough kind of love. She gave gifts to the strongest to help them survive. She is not without mercy and shows the strongest how to protect the weakest. Her followers were stolen by Her brother Aurinko and She has vowed to freeze Him, make Him suffer, and then destroy Him.
Ritrova
Manen’s eleventh Demideity child. She is the Goddess of wind and air. Sometimes She moves like a soft whisper, gentle as can be. Sometimes She rushes like a ferocious bull, knocking everything about with wild abandon. She isn’t much for praise or followers, so She gives no gifts. She will, however, help her siblings Vee, Eira, Efitra, and Makoni to whip up a good wind and for Lillid and Sigar, She will help spread their pollens and seeds.
Makoni
Manen’s twelfth Demideity child. He is the God of clouds and storms. He can be pensive and drift on thoughts of fancy or He can be angry and lash out like a petulant child. He has many followers, but they have a tendency to only worship Him during the stormy seasons to placate Him. He doesn’t mind too much, though if He isn’t satisfied, He will make the stormy season worse to make the people worship Him more. He isn’t one for gifting followers, but He does show some favoritism to Manen’s children with an affinity for lightning, perhaps ensuring their houses aren’t too damaged in His storms.
Aurinko
Manen’s thirteenth and final Demideity child. He is the God of sun and light. He shines brightly and helps create life. He wanted followers like His siblings Kalnasa, Raud, Eira, Karhun, and Lillid. He wanted people to name their country for Him and to praise Him above all else. No matter what He did, they wouldn’t pay him any attention. He grew dissatisfied with Manen and Her creations and that dissatisfaction turned to anger and hate. He took control of Eira’s people and started a campaign against His siblings and Mother, creating death and chaos in His wake. To those who bent to His will first, He gifted magic as potent as His anger.
